Richard is a skilled licensed contractor who does quality workmanship.  He can do remodels both large and small with exceptional detail to the finish work. A true craftsman who cleans up at the end of each day.

I used Richard for a small job to remove an AC unit and then patch the wall inside and out.  The job was completed quickly and expertly.  There were no surprises as Richard communicates well before and during the project.

Richard also installed a front door for me which is no easy task.  Doors are his specialty and the installation was flawless.

I have about six more repairs and remodels that I want to do.  I intend to use Richard for all of them.
